We are an Online Store with pick up location in Meridian, ID area, 48 E Fairview, Meridian 83642. You will get pick up instructions at check out. Please indicate time of preference for pick up or delivery at check out. Delivery available with a small fee in Meridian, Boise, Eagle, ID (select shipping option at checkout)

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Go to our Shop Tab and select the product you would like to buy, follow the steps and check out. We will contact you after your purchase to arrange pick up or delivery.

DO YOU SHIP YOUR DONUTS?

Our Protein Donuts are all natural and have no preservatives. Fresh Baked Donuts are available for locals only, we are not shipping our baked donuts at this time, but planning to do it soon. Stay tuned. We do ship our Protein Donut Mixes Nation Wide.

WHEN IS MY ORDER GOING TO BE READY?

For Fresh Baked Donuts: All orders placed before 8 pm everyday, will be ready the next business day. Pick up/Delivery times: Tuesday through Saturday 7:30 am - 11:30 am. Please indicate pick up time at checkout. For Protein Donut Mixes: Your order will be shipped within 3 business days.

ARE YOUR DONUTS GLUTEN FREE?

All of our donuts are gluten free! Although our gluten-free items are made and cooked using dedicated kitchen utensils and trays, they are prepared in the same facility and ovens as other products that may contain other allergens. Cross contamination may occur during the process.

WHAT IS A MUSCLE DONUT?

Healthy alternative to a regular donut, all our donuts are baked, made from scratch with best quality wholegrains, wholesome ingredients, naturally sweetened, with no oils or nasty preservatives, all natural, low fat, low carb, high fiber and high protein donuts (10g each)
